1. You must submit a project that was developed during the allotted time of the hackathon.
2. You may not submit your project to multiple hackathons (nor can you use a project you have already submitted before to a different hackathon).
3. Your team size must not exceed 4 people.
4. You may not start working on your project until after the opening ceremony (though you are free to brainstorm).
